General Data Protection Regulation Update

As you may be aware, the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force from 25th May 2018. As a result, we have updated the My Diabetes My Way Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice which clearly explain how we handle your personal data. You can view these documents at the following links:

Terms and Conditions: https://patient.mydiabetesmyway.scot.nhs.uk/Terms.aspx

Privacy Notice: https://patient.mydiabetesmyway.scot.nhs.uk/Privacy.aspx

As an NHS Scotland service, we are committed to protecting your personal data and want you to be clear on what data we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it. For example, we will not share your data with any third-parties, unless we explicitly ask you to provide consent for us to do so. This may happen when you make use of services that support My Diabetes My Way, such as myaccount.
