Set Your Health Goals with My Diabetes My Way
When you access your records on My Diabetes My Way, you can set goals for your measurements such as weight, HbA1c, blood pressure, and to help you stop smoking if you smoke. Setting goals is a good way of focusing on specific aspects of your health that you would like to improve. You can access the goal setting page by logging in to access your diabetes records and selecting:

My Home Data -> Goal Setting.

Try to be realistic when setting your goals and when you aim to achieve them by. You can always make changes to your goals later on if you need to. Let us know if there are any other data items that you would like us to add to this section of the website.


Scottish Diabetes Survey 2021
The Scottish Government has published the 2021 Scottish Diabetes Survey. This report provides an annual update describing many aspects of diabetes care across the whole of Scotland. This information is useful as it helps each Scottish NHS Board identify what initiatives are needed to further improve the quality of diabetes care in their area. There are now over 327,000 people living with diabetes in Scotland. You can find the full report at the following link:

Free Online Course for Ramadan
MyWay Digital Health are hosting a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on 'Diabetes and Ramadan' on 7th and 8th March 2023. The course is available to anyone, no matter where they live, and offers a supportive shared learning experience for anyone interested in learning to manage diabetes during Ramadan.
