We know that many people will have concerns following recent news reports and government advice around the Coronavirus outbreak. Coronavirus: specific advice for people living with diabetes
The risk of getting Coronavirus is now high in the UK, so if you have diabetes and start to feel unwell you need to follow the sick day rules for type 1 or type 2 diabetes and check your blood glucose frequently. Also follow sick day advice recommended by your local diabetes educators.

If you have diabetes and you have symptoms such as a cough, high temperature and feeling short of breath, you need to continue taking your medication, call the NHS 111 phone service or use the NHS Inform Online Assessment Tool.

Ongoing Login Issues Affecting New and Existing Users
We are aware of a problem that is temporarily preventing some users from successfully logging in to My Diabetes My Way, or in some cases preventing us from setting up new accounts. We have been working with the myaccount team to fix this and are now close to resolving the issue. In the meantime, we are still contacting everyone who has been affected when the issue has been resolved. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
